The first object in Messier catalog, as well as NGC1952. This is a supernova remnant in the Taurus constellation, originally from a supernova that exploded in 1054. It is about 6 light-years in diameter and still expanding at some 1000km/h. This Crab Nebula image is a unique combination of narrowband filters (ha, S and Oiii) to give this mixture of colors.
